the team was attentive, the service was awesome, i am difficult to satisfy. our beautiful studio had a balcony, i could use it as i write this. it was adequate for my wife and me. it's really the nicer hotels i have visited.
i needed ice for drinking. the attendant said the ice maker had recently broken. i do hope this was not about my skin color, maybe just laziness. staff must understand how to act with their guests.

breakfast included various options that suited diverse palates. the restaurant staff was attentive, yet never intrusive. the atmosphere during meals was relaxing and pleasant.

Really good Stay with Lovely Service

I enjoyed the thought-through rooms. They feature pleasant wood and cream colors. The high build quality throughout impressed me. The staff, including Petra, Iryna, Airu, Taulant, and Ivan, were all very helpful.
I asked reception for ice for a drink. The staff mentioned the ice maker had just broken. I think a hotel of this level should have readily available ice.

the breakfast had variety. i saw many options and the staff were attentive, kept refilling the buffet. the hotel location was good. it gave easy access to local spots. i found it convinient.
i asked for ice once. the staff at the front desk looked bothered. it was like my request was unwelcome. also, the ice machine was supposedly broken.
